Homeless Housing Assistance Program

Homeless Housing Assistance Program (HHAP) offers permanent housing for homeless families in the Nassau County community. The program provides support services to help families achieve self-sufficiency.

Program Requirements:

Individuals must be homeless or have a referral from a shelter, the Department of Social Services or another non-profit organization.
